Online Registration System

Complete the Online Application

Start the enrollment process by filling out the online form with the student’s personal and educational details.

Submit Necessary Documents

Parents need to upload key documents like the student's Aadhaar card, birth certificate, and previous academic records during the application process.

Enrollment Confirmation

After submitting the application and verifying documents, parents will receive an enrollment letter with the next steps.

Complete Registration

After placement confirmation, parents will receive an email with a registration link to complete the process.

Online Registration System

Get a Physical Application Form

Families preferring an offline process can collect a physical application form from the school office, which includes the same details as the online version.

Submit Necessary Documents

Parents must submit the completed application form along with the student’s Aadhaar card, birth certificate, and academic records, either in person or online.

Enrollment Confirmation

After reviewing the application and documents, parents will receive an enrollment letter via email or post with the next steps.

Complete Registration

After placement confirmation, parents will receive a registration form from us to complete and submit in person or by mail.

Documents Required for Admission at Medha Public School

Documents to be submitted with the Application Form

Name of Document Description
Completed Application Form The application form should include a recent passport-size color photograph of the candidate pasted on the form.
Photocopy of the Birth Certificate A copy of the birth certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation or a competent authority.
Aadhaar Card of Parents and Student A photocopy of the Aadhaar Card of both parents and the student is required as proof of identity.

Documents to be submitted at the Time of Admission

Name of Document Description
School Leaving/Transfer Certificate This document is mandatory for students enrolling in Class II & above. Admission cannot be granted without this .
Previous Year’s Report Card Required for students transferring from another school to provide academic continuity.
Medical Certificate A current medical certificate as part of the admission process.
Bonafide Certificate The document issued from the previous school or institution confirming that the student was enrolled and studying there.
Recent Passport-Size Colour Photographs Photographs of the candidate and both parents.
